Apps and Websites to use in YOUR Class

WOW! Technology is crazy these days! There are so many apps out there to connect with your students and their parents. Throughout college, and my future classroom there are a few apps that I would love to use and recommend for all grades.

Class Dojo

Awesome fun app for kids and parents! The student will get to make their own monster and track their points or activities of their day. A way to keep kids to interact with keeping in touch with the teacher. Good way to keep track of attendance, behavior, bathroom breaks, and many more options.

Seesaw

Seesaw can become a portfolio for your students, and a hang out spot for your students to post educational pictures, questions, and assignments. The teacher will be able to post class announcements, send out activities, post assignments, and many more features.

Flip Grid

Flip Grid is a meeting space for your classroom to meet up. You have your students record a video of the assignment and then the whole class can see and share theirs. It has tons of options for students to play around with and be creative.

Zoom

This perfect for at home learning with students! It is free!!! It can allow your students to connect with each other face to face on a computer. Great suggestion when it comes to group projects, and meeting with working parents.

Kahoot

A fun way to quiz your students on the material you are teaching them! This website gets them excited to learn and brings out the competitive students.

Canvas

This is a staple website that most schools will start using in middle school, high school, and higher education.

Google Classroom

FREE app! This is such a great tool that also offers other amazing tools.

Check out; Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Mail
